You will experience recovery time following a medium or deep peel. After a deep chemical peel, you should recover at home for two to three weeks.

You'll see the effects as soon as your skin has healed. For a light or midday peel, healing takes one day; for a deep peel, it may take 14 days or longer. It could take 3 to 5 peels to achieve the desired effects from a lunchtime or rejuvenating peel.
